I am a mother, hardcore autism mom, and advocate for persons with disabilities, a business owner, and a lover of life and people.

I was living life the wrong way for decades and wearing myself out. I felt like I was running on empty and too frazzled to think straight.
I changed that trajectory by working on myself and devouring personal development books and training.
I saw myself getting stronger and more confident. I wanted more for my life and I got more organized and created systems to keep me sane.
I wrote out my plans, my dreams, and my goals, and I worked my plan. When ladies kept asking me what and how I did it my daughter told me I needed to start a blog...and here I am. I’m showing up and I’m ready to share.
